About Mia Colombo
Mia Colombo, M.A., LPCC works with teenagers and adults navigating mood and identity-related challenges, including depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, and the impact of trauma histories. She has a special interest in supporting clients who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggle with sense of self, or feel stuck in patterns that interfere with their relationships and overall well-being.
Mia takes a direct, collaborative, and compassionate approach to therapy, helping clients build insight while also developing practical tools for change. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she works alongside clients to strengthen emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and create meaningful movement toward a life that feels more stable, connected, and authentic.
Mia is committed to creating a supportive therapeutic space where clients feel understood, challenged, and empowered as they work toward healing and growth.
