About Our Practice

Front Range Treatment Center is a DBT-LBC certified DBT practice in Greenwood Village, CO, in the Denver Tech Center area. We run comprehensive DBT — individual therapy, skills group, phone coaching, and a consultation team — and also offer other forms of CBT. We see adults, teens, and families, both in person and online, and we take our team-based approach seriously.

Who We're Hiring

Every requirement below is a hard requirement, not a preference.

A master's or doctoral degree from an accredited program
A full, independent license to practice in Colorado
Hands-on experience delivering DBT in a comprehensive program — individual DBT, skills group, phone coaching, and a consultation team
Comfort and familiarity working with high-risk, suicidal, or substance-using clients

Licensure

A full, independent license to practice in Colorado as one of the following:

Licensed Psychologist
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Licensed Professional Counselor

We are not hiring at the candidate or provisional level right now — no SWC, LSW, MFTC, LPCC, or psychologist candidates. We expect to open those positions again in the future, and you're welcome to check back.

The Ideal Candidate

Have completed intensive or foundational DBT training
Practice adherent, full-fidelity DBT rather than an eclectic or DBT-informed approach
Have a strong behavioral or cognitive-behavioral orientation
Be comfortable with high-risk, self-harming, and suicidal clients
Have a strong work ethic, value feedback and team collaboration, and be self-motivated

Duties

Individual DBT
Co-leading DBT skills classes
Carrying phone coaching for your own clients
Writing timely, well-written, and organized chart notes
Attending weekly supervision, training, and consultation meetings

Hours & Format

This is a full-time, in-person position with flexible scheduling and the option for some online appointments. We are not hiring remote-only providers at this time.
