Getting Here
The office is in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, easy to reach from I-25 and Belleview. It's about 20 minutes south of downtown Denver, 20 minutes north of Castle Rock, and 20 minutes east of Littleton.
By light rail, the nearest RTD stop is Orchard Station, a walk of just over half a mile. Belleview Station is about a mile away.
In Person or Online
Individual sessions can be held here or by secure video anywhere in Colorado. You need to be physically in Colorado during each video session; that's a licensure requirement.
The adult skills group in the Adult DBT program meets in person or online. The Teen DBT multi-family skills group meets in person only, at this office. More on video sessions: online therapy.
