Online Therapy at
Front Range Treatment Center

Evidence-Based, Online Therapy Services

Online therapy, also called teletherapy, is therapy conducted using technology when the client and the therapist are not in the same location.

All our therapy services are now available online. Online therapy may also be helpful for clients living in rural areas, in our mountain communities, or those with demanding or unusual schedules.

Today, most teletherapy is conducted using secure internet videoconferencing apps- sort of like Skype or Facetime, but specifically designed to meet the strict legal requirements for healthcare related communications.

  • AT FRTC, we only offer evidence-based treatments. This means we pick the best treatment for you, shown by research to be effective, so you are more likely to get the results you want, faster. Our therapists only use EBTs, receive ongoing training in EBTs, and stay current on the newest research evidence.

For online therapy, it is especially important to work to build and maintain the client-therapist relationship. We understand how important this is, and how hard it can be. We make this a top priority. We also use techniques such as homework, workbooks, phone coaching, and data tracking to support your online work, specially tailored to your specific goals.
