If You Need Help Right Now
Front Range Treatment Center is an outpatient therapy practice — we're not a crisis service. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, please reach out to one of the resources below. They are free, confidential, and available 24/7.
Call or text 988
The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline connects you with a trained counselor if you're thinking about suicide, hurting yourself, or in any kind of emotional crisis. You don't have to be in immediate danger — just struggling is reason enough.

What Front Range Treatment Center can & can't do
FRTC is an outpatient therapy practice. We offer evidence-based DBT and CBT for adults, teens, children, couples, and families — including treatment for the conditions most associated with suicidal thoughts (BPD, depression, trauma).
We also offer training and consultation for schools, clinics, and other providers working with high-risk populations — suicide risk assessment, DBT foundations, working with BPD, and related topics.
We are not:
- A 24/7 crisis line
- An inpatient or residential program
- An emergency room
If you're not in immediate crisis but you're struggling and want to start therapy — reach out through our contact form or book a free 15-minute phone consultation. We aim to respond within one business day (Mon–Fri).
If you're an existing FRTC client, your therapist has given you their direct contact and a between-session coaching protocol. If you can't reach them and you're in crisis, please call 988 or go to your nearest ER — then let your therapist know when you're stable.
