Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of frtc.ltd (the "Site"), operated by Front Range Treatment Center, Ltd. ("FRTC," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them.

Information, not treatment
The Site's articles, worksheets, audio, and tools are general education. They are not medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Site, sending a message, or booking a consultation does not create a therapist–client relationship. That relationship begins only after intake and signed consent.
Not for emergencies
The Site and our contact form are not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988.
Contacting us
Messages sent through the Site, by email, or by text may not be fully secure. Keep them brief and share detailed health information with your clinician.
Services, fees, and policies
Service descriptions and prices on the Site are for general information and may change. Your fees, cancellation terms, and other policies are set out in the agreements you sign as a client, and those agreements control. Natural medicine services require eligibility screening and are provided under Colorado's Natural Medicine Health Act.
Worksheets and interactive tools
Worksheets, the DEAR MAN and Opposite Action builders, the DBT Skills Finder, and audio practices are for personal, non-commercial use. They work alongside treatment and don't replace it. Entries you make in these tools stay in your browser and are not sent to FRTC.
Our content
The Site's text, graphics, audio, and design belong to FRTC or its licensors. You may view, download, and print them for personal use. Clinicians and others who want to use our materials with clients or in training should contact us for permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to break the law, send false information or someone else's details, send spam or malicious code, scrape or overload the Site, or interfere with its security.
Links to other sites
The Site links to outside resources, including crisis lines, research, and booking and payment providers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, error-free, or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRTC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Site.
