Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Please review these terms before booking a natural medicine session day. Booking a day confirms your agreement to this policy.

Deposit

A $500 deposit per participant is required to reserve your session day. This deposit is applied toward your total session fee — it is not an additional charge, and your session day is not held until it is received. The deposit is non-refundable: depending on your notice (see below), it is either preserved as a credit toward your services or forfeited. It is not returned as cash.

Balance

The remaining balance of your total session fee is due on or before your session day.

Preparation Session

Your care includes a separate preparation session that takes place before your medicine session day. After you book and pay your deposit, we will send you a link to schedule it. Your medicine session day may need to be rescheduled if preparation is not completed in advance.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

Because each session day reserves a private session space and a full day of clinical time that cannot be filled on short notice, the following applies:

7 or more days before your session day You may reschedule — your deposit carries to your new session day — or cancel, in which case your deposit becomes a credit toward a future session. Either way you keep its full value; it is not returned as cash.

Within 7 days, or a no-show Your deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another session day. We hold this line because a day cancelled inside one week almost always goes unfilled, and significant preparation has already taken place.

Preparation & integration sessions The terms above apply to your medicine session day. Individual preparation and integration sessions follow our standard 24-hour cancellation policy — please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule one of those appointments.

How to Reschedule

To reschedule or cancel, please contact us directly rather than moving your appointment through the online calendar. We will confirm your new day and carry your deposit or credit forward.

Credits

Deposits converted to credit are valid for 12 months from the original session date and may be applied to any future session day. Credits are non-transferable and are not refundable as cash.
