Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Please review these terms before booking a natural medicine session day. Booking a day confirms your agreement to this policy.
Deposit
A $500 deposit per participant is required to reserve your session day. This deposit is applied toward your total session fee — it is not an additional charge, and your session day is not held until it is received. The deposit is non-refundable: depending on your notice (see below), it is either preserved as a credit toward your services or forfeited. It is not returned as cash.
Balance
The remaining balance of your total session fee is due on or before your session day.
Preparation Session
Your care includes a separate preparation session that takes place before your medicine session day. After you book and pay your deposit, we will send you a link to schedule it. Your medicine session day may need to be rescheduled if preparation is not completed in advance.

Because each session day reserves a private session space and a full day of clinical time that cannot be filled on short notice, the following applies:
How to Reschedule
To reschedule or cancel, please contact us directly rather than moving your appointment through the online calendar. We will confirm your new day and carry your deposit or credit forward.
Credits
Deposits converted to credit are valid for 12 months from the original session date and may be applied to any future session day. Credits are non-transferable and are not refundable as cash.
