  • Intense emotions

  • Depression and Anxiety

  • Anger

  • Trauma

  • Thoughts of suicide or self-harming behaviors (such as cutting)

  • Other dangerous or risky behaviors

  • A history of intense or unsatisfying relationships

  • Borderline Personality Disorder

    Experienced

Our DBT therapists are experienced, passionate DBT experts. All of our DBT therapists:

    - Specialize in DBT (with the vast majority of their clients being DBT clients)

    - Are intensively trained in comprehensive DBT

    - Receive ongoing training, supervision, and consultation in DBT (at least 1.5 hours a week)

  • Comprehensive

We offer what is called comprehensive DBT. This means our DBT treatment program is run exactly as DBT was meant to be run, with several components:

    - Weekly DBT skills classes (where you learn skills)

    - Weekly individual DBT therapy (where you apply skills to your life)

    - DBT phone coaching (where you can get in-the-moment skills help)

    - DBT Team Consultation (so you get the benefit of the skill and experience of an entire team of DBT therapists)
